 Rose Ragin joined the Spring Creek sales team as Sales Manager in May 2006, though she really began much earlier in May 2005, as a part-time Coordinator facilitating homeownership workshops in various churches in North Charleston. Rose herself went through a homeownership program several years ago when she purchased her first home through the Charleston Bank Consortium using some of the same resources today at Spring Creek. Rose received her Master of Science Degree in Management, at Southern Wesleyan University, N. Charleston, SC. She is a Master Sergeant in the Air Force Reserve serving as a Career Advisor and prior to Spring Creek was a full-time Functional Manager at the base. She has been a real estate Agent for several years and is currently affiliated with Linhart Realty, LLC. Rose is also a member of Eastern Light Chapter No. 360, Order Of Eastern Stars. Rose is already experiencing success at Spring Creek. The first Phase of 23 homes opened up sales in August 2006 and over half of them are sold. Rose is starting a homebuyers club with the first meeting scheduled for December 16th. Rose continues to conduct homebuyer workshops on a regular basis. For more information call |
